Scribblers' Retreat Writers' Conference (SRWC) approached n390 with their business concept for offering retreats where writers could go and learn about things such as getting published, techniques and case studies. Their website is an integral part of their marketing strategy and needs to to be attractive and simple to use. The site is also the main portal where visitors will purchase tickets and communicate with the SRWC.
A design was selected that incorporates themes representative of a St. Simons Island retreat along with some elements like the parchment paper background. A simple payment system was setup using Web Forms and PayPal.
Google Analytics is used to measure site performance and gather metrics on page effectiveness and conversions.
The site is supported by the Drupal framework and as always it is very customizable and easy to use.
